Shadowing Phase – Work alongside experienced instructors and independent contractors in real-world sessions
Mentorship & Department Training – Receive guidance from our team leads in Yoga, Breathwork, Arts Initiatives, and Leadership programs
Applied Leadership – Lead small groups, assist in community projects, and gain hands-on teaching experience
Certification & Beyond – Complete requirements, demonstrate mastery, and join our alumni network for continued support
