Community-Based Yoga, Wellness & Regenerative Leadership
Yoga For Life is a trauma-aware, community-rooted wellness program developed by Senses Yoga School. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, and reflection, the program supports nervous system regulation, resilience, and meaningful community connection.
Designed to be accessible and inclusive, Yoga For Life welcomes participants of all backgrounds and experience levels. Classes are non-competitive, culturally responsive, and rooted in care.

Yoga For Life is offered in partnership with libraries, cultural spaces, and community organizations, and may be hosted as a pilot series, seasonal program, or ongoing weekly class.
