Nāda · Sound & Listening

Sound becomes a field of practice.

Nāda Yoga / MOGA explores mantra, voice, rhythm, music, deep listening, movement, story, and shared expression without collapsing their distinct histories into one practice.

At Sherman Phoenix, sound bowls and guided listening become part of a shared space for rest, attention, and community practice.
